§ 73.09. SAFETY EQUIPMENT.

Motorized golf carts shall:
(A) Display the slow moving vehicle emblem provided in M.S. § 169.522 when operated on designated roadways; and
(B) Be equipped with a rearview mirror capable of viewing at least 200 feet behind the cart.
